Lantern can be used both indoors and outdoors. Use only small candles. If you hang the lantern, use a metal chain. When using outdoors the surface will chance rust and turn orange.
The lantern design is based on a similar lantern found in Kannisto cottage at Orivesi. The original model is from the beginning of the 20th century.
